We will ask some questions to see if Shared Ownership could be a good option for you.
The next step will be to direct you to a Housing Association for the area you want to live. This is still ‘patchy’ not all of the country have both types of shared ownership.
The Housing Association will ask you to fill in an application form, which asks questions about:
Someone from the Housing Association will look at these questions and may need to ask for more information.

They will then be able to make a decision about whether they can support you into Shared Ownership.
You will also need people to help you live in your home. Social Services, your support Team and the Housing Association can help you with this.
